Victoria Taylor Music

Victoria Taylor grew up in a huge Italian family with a Nanna who toured the US as a vocalist. While music ran through her DNA, she became inspired by Cher, Celine Dion, Christina Aguilera and Whitney Houston after their voices echoed through the speakers at every family party. This jump started her music journey allowing her to fall in love with R&B while studying Jazz in Music School. Now, having her background to thank, Victoria creates beautiful lyrics and stunning melodies that are a natural appreciation and acknowledgment to both of these gravitational forces in her life.

Gal Musette is the pseudonym of Grace Freeman, who began writing piano and guitar based lyrical compositions and performing at open mics in her home city of San Clemente, CA at the age of 10. Her graceful approach to melody-driven indie-folk has captured audiences all over Southern California. At age 14, inspired by The Magnetic Fields’ triple album 69 Love Songs, Gal recorded her own collection titled 70 Love Songs, which caught the attention of the band, and won her an opening slot on a few of their Midwestern U.S. tour dates. In more recent years, Gal has opened for several renowned artists such as Macy Gray, Suzanne Vega, Todd Snyder, and Donavon Frankenreiter. While her artist name is taken from bal-musette, the accordion-based, waltz-style French instrumental music, Gal’s primary inspiration is drawn from songwriters including Joni Mitchell, Regina Spektor, Björk, Cocteau Twins, Burt Bacharach, Big Thief and The Cure. In October 2021, Gal released her debut album, Backwards Lullaby, featuring a vocal duet with one of her biggest musical inspirations, Rufus Wainwright. The record explores the pangs of hopeless romances and unrequited love, what it’s like to move beyond idealized love into the acceptance of what is real and constant, as well as the cyclical nature of life and love in relationships.

The Four O’Clock

Biography: Founded in 2017, The Four O’Clock quickly established their reputation and signature sound at the intersection between Pop and Alternative with a hint of nostalgia. The band officially began when Colin, a solo singer and guitarist, met Zack, multi-instrumentalist and producer, at a show in their residing neighborhood of Stamford Connecticut. It didn’t take long for the two to become close friends and musical collaborators merging their diverse sonic backgrounds. Colin, leveraging his Americana influences to shape a soulful voice, blended with Zack’s roots in alternative and rock created a unique combination of styles. The two would spend the next few years writing and performing at local venues in the Northeast and expanding their songwriting collaboration with Zack’s brother, Nick, and his wife, Lisa. The married duo were both longtime musicians and songwriters and the perfect fit for the evolving sound of the band. The Four O’Clock was noticed by renowned musician Fred Mascherino (The Color Fred, ex-Taking Back Sunday) which led him to produce the first two singles, recorded at Diver Down Studios in Philadelphia. MET YOU was released in April 2022, a duet reminiscing and discussing the topic of what could have been between old flames. Their next single, Maybe, is set to be released at the end of summer in 2022.
